Life is always changing and sometimes we can feel happiness in our life and everything is perfect , while other days we feel blue and everything seems to be dark. Don´t let yourself feel sad, angry or let any thought of fear take part of your mind, think that if you can feel happy someday, you can continue to feel happy, it is just a matter of changing our attitude in life. You have the power to control how you feel in your life. You can choose to tell yourself, I will feel sad and let myself be gloomy looking at things in a dark way , be sad or depressed or YOU CAN say I won´t let Anyone or Anything bother me today. I am more important than anything and I deserve to feel happy and full with light today.
